Estimates only
Every calculator, quiz and test on Calcoya provides general information and estimates only. Nothing on this site is financial, medical, legal or other professional advice, and results shouldn't be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Quizzes and puzzle-style tests are for entertainment and self-reflection, not clinical or validated assessments.
Acceptable use
Use Calcoya lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at abusive volume, or interfere with other users. Embed access is limited to the domains and usage covered by your subscription.
Embed subscriptions
Embed subscriptions are billed through Stripe and can be managed or cancelled at any time from your account's billing portal. If you enable lead capture on your embed, you are solely responsible for how you collect, use, and disclose the data your visitors submit, and for complying with applicable privacy law in doing so.
No warranty
Calcoya is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We work to keep calculations accurate and rates up to date, but we don't guarantee the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Calcoya isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its calculators, quizzes and tests.
Intellectual property
The Calcoya name, branding, site design, and the underlying code, formulas and copy for each calculator, quiz and test are owned by Calcoya (or licensed to it) and protected by copyright. You're welcome to link to and share results from the site; you may not copy, scrape, or republish the tools themselves, or reverse-engineer an embed subscription to redistribute the calculators outside the terms of that subscription.
Termination
You can stop using Calcoya at any time; embed subscribers can cancel from their account's billing portal, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access — including an embed subscription — for use that breaches these terms, such as abusive scraping, non-payment, or unlawful use, and will where practical try to give notice first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts for any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of Calcoya after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Email hello@calcoya.com.
