Report a calculation error
We take accuracy seriously. Tell us which tool you were using, the exact inputs you entered, and what result you got versus what you expected (or where it disagreed with another source, like your bank's rate or a professional's figure). That's usually enough for us to reproduce the issue, check it against the underlying formula or rate, and fix it if it's wrong — and we'll let you know what we found either way.
Embed / billing questions
For subscription changes, invoices, or billing questions about an embed subscription, sign in to your account first — most things can be managed directly from the billing portal there. Anything else, use the form below.
